When we start to live our lives closer to our values, we have the ability to pursue the things that matter. What matters to me is living in a world where less people are hurt by violence and injustice. It easy to feel overwhelmed by this version of the world but with the right tools, skills and practice, each one of us can actively contribute to that version of tomorrow that is safer, inclusive and kind.

Peruvian food is the best food in the world. (I put that first in case you stop reading.) All that I am, I owe to my family and amazing friends who have become family. While my folks are still in NJ, I currently live in Florida and love being near the beach and palm trees. I believe strongly in the power of the first morning stretch, a good cup of coffee, bad karaoke with great friends and garlic plantain chips.
