Director, Contracts and Business Operations

The Director, Contracts and Business Operations is a strategic thought-partner in the organization and reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP). The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: contracts management, finance coordination, human resources, travel and logistics for Alteristic trainings, and office operations. This position serves as a partner to the SVP on the organization’s administrative and operational processes, with a goal of continuously developing and improving systems. This position has direct management responsibility for a staff of three, which includes Coordinator, Finance and Operations, and two Senior Coordinator, Travel and Office Logistics personnel.

Senior Trainer

Alteristic seeks a dynamic and charismatic public speaker with demonstrated leadership skills to join our training team. We are a high-growth, mission-driven organization dedicated to the dramatic reduction of power-based personal violence. The Senior Trainer will provide consultation, training, and curriculum development on research-informed, data driven prevention strategies for universities, military installations, state coalitions, K-12 school personnel, and community agencies. The ideal candidate will have exemplary interpersonal and public speaking skills, initiative, and will be highly collaborative. This job requires 50% travel. This position may have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US, depending on individual job responsibilities.

Senior Trainer: Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Harassment

Alteristic seeks a dynamic and experienced facilitator/trainer with demonstrated leadership skills to deliver our workplace harassment prevention trainings for external clients and coordinate diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization. Alteristic is a high-growth, mission-driven organization dedicated to the dramatic reduction of interpersonal violence and harassment. The Senior Trainer will provide consultation and trainings to executives, supervisors, and employees at various government agencies, corporations, educational institutions, and other organizations. The position will also coordinate internal and external diversity and inclusion efforts.

Training Lead/Consultant

Alteristic seeks a seasoned, dynamic and charismatic public speaker with demonstrated leadership skills to join our training team. We are a high-growth, mission-driven organization dedicated to the dramatic reduction of power-based personal violence. The Training Lead/Consultant will provide high level consultation and training on research-informed, data driven prevention strategies for government departments, agencies, affiliated entities, corporations, and other organizations. The ideal candidate will have exemplary interpersonal and public speaking skills, initiative, and will be highly collaborative. This job requires up to 50% travel. This position may have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US, depending on individual job responsibilities.

Project Manager

Alteristic seeks a Project Manager to coordinate assigned projects and manage the successful execution of Alteristic consultations, trainings and technical assistance. Project Manager will work as a part of a team to plan, implement and evaluate projects.

This position is both strategic and facilitative and requires a combination of focus, flexibility, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate has exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, is highly collaborative, and excels in entrepreneurial environments.

Director of Communications

Director of Communications will set and guide the strategy for all communications and public relations messages to articulate Alteristic’s mission and oversee the consistent implementation of the Alteristic branding guidelines. The Director of Communications will ensure that Alteristic is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information within a diverse network and constituent base.

The Director of Communications will work closely with the leadership team as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives.
