Operations Support Coordinator

Director of Finance and Administration

The Operations Coordinator is charged with a wide variety of responsibilities to support the efficient functioning of Alteristic, Inc. This position oversees tasks to completion and reports their progress to the Manager of Finance and Administration. The Coordinator supports the maintenance of the CRM database, incoming communications, and coordinates external event logistics. This role provides administrative support and assists in a variety of special projects, including contracting and finance, as needed. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), the director of finance and administration will define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support Alteristic’s strategic objectives. She or he will be responsible for the oversight of administrative and financial systems including finance, accounting, contracts, information systems, human resources, and training logistics support. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Finance and Administration will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives
