The Director of Development is a senior level fundraising professional to manage the development function, with a focus on major gifts. Alteristic, Inc. is moving from a fee based model to one which includes fundraising for special projects and services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this position will be responsible for the execution of a multi- year, sustainable development plan to craft and grow a development program in a rapidly growing organization

We are a high-growth, mission-driven organization dedicated to the dramatic reduction of power-based personal violence. The Senior Trainer will provide consultation, training, and curriculum development on research-informed, data driven prevention strategies for universities, military installations, state coalitions, K-12 school personnel, and community agencies. The ideal candidate will have exemplary interpersonal and public speaking skills, initiative, and will be highly collaborative. This job requires 50% travel. This position may have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US, depending on individual job responsibilities.

The Director will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible for the development, adaptation, implementation, and assessment of programs specifically for historically marginalized and underrepresented communities. The successful candidate will also provide strategic vision and continual support of programming that addresses issues of concern to historically marginalized or underrepresented communities as we work to develop violence prevention strategies and programs.
The Director will further Alteristic’s objective of building and maintaining an inclusive environment, and focus Alteristic’s management on addressing issues of race and ethnicity both internally and externally.

Alteristic seeks a Project Manager to coordinate assigned projects and manage the successful execution of Alteristic consultations, trainings and technical assistance. Project Manager will work as a part of a team to plan, implement and evaluate projects.

Director of Communications will set and guide the strategy for all communications and public relations messages to articulate Alteristic’s mission and oversee the consistent implementation of the Alteristic branding guidelines. The Director of Communications will ensure that Alteristic is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information within a diverse network and constituent base.
The Director of Communications will work closely with the leadership team as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives.
The Manager, Finance and Operations is a strategic thought-partner in the organization and reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP). The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: contracts management, finance coordination, human resources, travel and logistics for Alteristic trainings, and office operations. This position serves as a partner to the SVP on the organization’s administrative and operational processes, with a goal of continuously developing and improving systems. This position has direct management responsibility for a staff of three, which includes Coordinator, Finance and Operations, and two Senior Coordinators, Travel and Office Logistics.
The Coordinator, Training and Office Logistics is responsible for the overall logistical and operational needs of Alteristic, Inc. Our busy, client-focused, office needs a reliable, well-organized person to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, detail orientation, and time management. This position is responsible for making travel arrangements, fulfilling training supply needs, coordinating registration, providing high-level customer service and administrative support, as well as tracking and maintaining all information appropriately.
