The Senior Coordinator, Training and Office Logistics is responsible for the overall logistical and operational needs of Alteristic, Inc. Our busy, client-focused, office needs a reliable, well-organized person to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, detail orientation, and time management. This position is responsible for making travel arrangements, fulfilling training supply needs, coordinating registration, providing high-level customer service and administrative support, as well as tracking and maintaining all information appropriately.
After seven years of incorporation as Green Dot, etc., Inc., we have adopted a new organization identity and brand: Alteristic, Inc. This new brand provides a broader home for our growing non-profit work in prevention training, consulting, and research. It encompasses the existing work under our Green Dot curriculum name (see below), new programming not using that moniker, and diverse initiatives and consulting. To establish this new identity, which launched on September 18, we are soliciting proposals for a comprehensive communications strategy and partnership. The strategy should address four areas: marketing of Alteristic’s services and programs; materials for philanthropic fundraising; media relations engagement and training; and social media strategy, calendar, and support.
The Director of Development is a senior level fundraising professional to manage the development function, with a focus on major gifts. Alteristic, Inc. is moving from a fee based model to one which includes fundraising for special projects and services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this position will be responsible for the execution of a multi- year, sustainable development plan to craft and grow a development program in a rapidly growing organization.
