The Director of Communications will set and guide the strategy for all communications and public relations messages to articulate Alteristic’s mission and oversee the consistent implementation of the Alteristic branding guidelines. The Director of Communications will ensure that Alteristic is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information within a diverse network and constituent base. The Director of Communications will work closely with the leadership team as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives.

The Senior Trainer will provide consultation, training, and curriculum development on research-informed, data-driven prevention strategies for universities, military installations, state coalitions, K-12 school personnel, and community agencies. The ideal candidate will have exemplary interpersonal and public speaking skills, initiative, and will be highly collaborative.
Alteristic seeks a dynamic and charismatic public speaker with demonstrated leadership skills to join our programming team. The Director will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible for the development, adaptation, implementation, and assessment of programs specifically for historically marginalized and underrepresented communities. The successful candidate will also provide strategic vision and continual support of programming that addresses issues of concern to historically marginalized or underrepresented communities as we work to develop violence prevention strategies and programs.
The Director will further Alteristic’s objective of building and maintaining an inclusive environment, and focus Alteristic’s management on addressing issues of race and ethnicity both internally and externally.
The Coordinator of Finance and Human Resources will work closely with the Senior Vice President and our accounting partners to lead, improve and establish internal policies and procedures and will be the contact person for the following areas: finance, budgeting, and human resources.
The Coordinator of Finance and Human Resources will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as Alteristic continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity.
SalesForce Database Manager
The SalesForce Database Manager position works with Director of Operations to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of SalesForce based on organization and user needs. The position will be responsible for managing our training registrations through Soapbox (a SalesForce App) and our certification systems. The Administrator will serve as the “go to” for navigating other systems in use such as our webinar platform and other grant management systems that may be associated with contracts. The position requires excellent technical and communication skills in order to understand business needs and to administer the system accordingly. Additionally, the Administrator will provide Mac network, printing and software issues as needed.
The Director of Operations will be a strategic thought-partner and report to the Senior Vice President (SVP). The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, travel and materials for Alteristic trainings, and office operations. This position will serve as a partner to the SVP on the organization’s administrative and operational processes, with a goal of continuously developing and improving systems. This position will have direct management responsibility for a staff of three, which includes Manager, Business and HR, Operations Support Coordinator, and Senior Coordinator, Travel and Office Logistics.
